The weather looks against you, and the first part of the race will seem the hardest with the end difficult to see. But keep chipping away at it, the winds will change, and before you know it you will be nearing the finish line.
I saw that you stopped overnight last night, you are back on course so I trust all is well. It’s interesting following you guys on the map, seeing little convoys forming between teams, and trying to guess what is going on down there.
Crack on guys, you can win this.

“But the human body has an enormous capacity for adjusting to trying circumstances.
I have found that one can bear the unbearable if one can keep one’s spirits strong even when one’s body is being tested.
Strong convictions are the secret of surviving deprivation; your spirit can be full even when your stomach is empty.”
